ROH Wrestling TV

This week’s edition of ROH TV is slated to be a show highlighting some of the big matches from Final Battle in 2021. How many matches is not clear since I personally am a bit behind on ROH TV post-Final Battle, but we do know at least 2 are being aired. Watch the show on your local Sinclair Affiliate or on Fite.TV.

Announced Card

  • ROH Women’s Title: Rok-C vs Willow
  • ROH World Title: Jonathan Gresham vs Jay Lethal

Start Time: 7PM ET

WWE Raw

Raw this week comes from Cincinnati, OH. WWE don’t really announce much before their shows, and even if the do shit changes by the time it airs anyway. This week’s episode seems to be mostly filled with the fallout from the Royal Rumble. Watch the show wherever Raw airs in your area or attend at the venue, where WWE Main Event for this week will also be taped.

Announced Card

  • RK-Bro & Alpha Academy Scooter Race
  • Women’s Royal Rumble Winner Ronda Rousey Makes an Appearance
  • Men’s Royal Rumble Winner Brock Lesnar WrestleMania Decision
  • Bobby Lashley Ushers in “The Almighty Era”

Venue: Heritage Bank Center [100 Broadway St, Cincinnati, OH]
Start Time: 7:30PM ET

New Fear City: Ready To Die

New Fear City’s “Ready to Die” event from January 23rd is premiering on IWTV this week. The event is a 3 match card with no ring deathmatches aplenty, something which is very much in vogue right now. It should be very interesting to see what happens on this show, if the clips on Twitter are anything to go by.

Card

  • Bryan Keith vs Hoodfoot
  • American Deathmatch Championship: Masha Slamovich vs Reed Bentley
  • John Wayne Murdoch vs Casanova Valentine

Start Time: 8PM ET

CMLL Arena Puebla

MCW The House Always Wins Review

This weekend Melbourne City Wrestling ran their first event of 2023: MCW The House Always Wins! A night of wrestling action and… a lot of stuff? This is MCW’s first event since MCW 12 in November. The first thing I noticed watching this show is that the audio is significantly improved from MCW 12. Last show, the music overpowered the crowd and commentary. Crowd & commentary audio it was recorded in a Pringles can. The whole thing aspired to GCW level. Thank fuck that was fixed this time around. How is the show beyond the audio? Read on and find out!
